Q: I really like the 1Mobile Market and both Skytex and Amazon App stores. Is Google Play available?

Q: Why do I get a parsing error when I attempt to download Apps from the 1Mobile Market?
This may occur when the 1Mobile Market cache has caused your tablet to freeze. We recommend force closing the App and clearing the cache data.
To clear the data go to 'Settings' > 'Manage Applications' > 'All' > Select '1Mobile Market' > 'Force Stop' > 'Clear Data'
If you continue to receive the parsing error, we recommend that you download the application directly from the 1Mobile Market's website at http://www.1mobile.com
If 1mobile.com is still providing parse errors on your device, we recommend locating your application from Apktops.com. You can search for your application from Apktops and download from their website directly.
Q: How do I reset my SKYPAD Tablet?
If your SKYPAD Tablet won't turn on try resetting the device. To reset the Tablet first make sure the power source is unplugged. Press and hold the Power Button for 10 seconds and then plug the power source back in. Press the Power Button for another 2-3 seconds.
There is also a reset button located in the microphone hold. With the power source unplugged, use a small paper clip and press the Reset Button. Plug the power source back in and press the Power Button.

Q: I broke the touch screen on my tablet. Is it covered under warranty?
Unfortunately, accidental breakage is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Replacing the touch screen and the labor cost to recalibrate it may cost as much as the tablet itself.
Q: Why does my Wi-Fi say 'Disconnected' after I connect to my Wi-Fi network?
The 'Disconnected' status just means that the SKYPAD Tablet is not connected to any network. Make sure that the correct password is entered when connecting to your wireless network. This password could be on the bottom of the router or it could be a password that was created when the Wi-Fi was set up. To ensure a correct password, enable the 'Show Password' option and double check for a case sensitive password.
Q: How do I install Adobe Flash Player?
The Adobe Flash Player will be able to install on the SKYPAD Tablet Android 2.3 OS. If there are issues installing through the 1Mobile Market, the Adobe Flash Player can be installed through APKTOPS instead. Follow this link in your SKYPAD Tablet’s browser to download the Adobe Flash Player from APKTOPS: http://www.apktops.com then click onto the most recent adobe flash player you would like to install. Click on “Download Adobe Flash Player 11[the version].apk” below the barcode to download the .apk file. It should say “Starting Download” once you successfully download it. Once downloaded, navigate to your Downloads app to find the file. Click on the Adobe Flash Player download and it will prompt to install the application.
Q: Why can't I connect to my Email?
There is different email setting configurations for every email provider. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc. all use different settings. Find the appropriate email settings on your provider’s webpage. If those settings cannot be found or do not seem to work, you could contact your email provider for support.
